Disgustingly Insensitive
My father passed away 2 months ago. His Cell C contract has been handed over to Cell C’s lawyers after we have sent through Death Certificate to their death department at least 7 times… but they keep calling us asking to speak to him. I cannot understand such inefficiency and insensitivity. Absolutely disgusting. Get your act together!
