Disgusting, ********* service

After my last complaint over a week ago about the horrific lack of service after attempting to cancel my contract on more than 4 occasions and still having my hard earned money taken from my account when my Sim card is no longer even in my phone, I received one message filled with promises to assist. That was the last I heard. I am disgusted.
