DISGUSTING SERVICES BY CELL C

Recently took up a new contract with Cell C. They havent been taken out my Direct debit. When I called the customer services they had the incorrect banking details. I asked for it to be corrected - of which of course they didn't correct it. They havent taken out my DD again. As a customer, this is the most convenient method of me. An agent mentioned to me, I quote 'other customers make the effort to pay by other ways'. I'm not other customers. Cell C customer services are appalling. I was promised call backs 3 to 4 times. No one called me back until this day. They have recently sent me a notification that my account will be handed to Debt collectors of which I attempted twice to change my debit details and they have failed ot update this correctly. Absolutely disgusting
