Disgusting Services and No Sympathy

I was involved in a smash and grab where my Cell Phone was taken.<br> I went to the Cell C shop at the mall of the south to blacklist my phone and do a sim swap.<br> The lady who assisted me Patronele was completely rude, fist she told me that because of multiple IMEI no's i need to have the box the phone came in (who keeps the box 2 years later) and there was nothing she could do. I asked to use the shops phone to call my insurance company as they would have the IMEI no, no sympathy for my situation shown at all, after much argument it was agreed that i could make the call at an agreed cost of R50, we contacted the branch owner Krishen Naidoo and he shared the same centiments, what pathetic service is this, then she refused to serve me further as i only had my licence and not the green ID book.<br> Patronele and Krishen you are pathetic, i hope you or your family are never at the mercy of *********.<br> I left and went to Cell C the Glen where i was assisted in less then 5 minutes with a printout of my contract and IMEI no as well as the phone black listed and sim swap done (less then 5 minutes) thanks Busisiwe Sibambo
