DISGUSTING SERVICE, USELESS INTERNET AND RUDE STAFF!
Inefficient and rude staff and services! My internet has not been working for the past 6 days and no one can help at all! The staff is extremely rude and the team leaders equally useless! You pay for a service you do not receive and no one can be bothered to help. What you get is condescension and sass from ill mannered and rude consultants who go unpunished. The technical department is the worst! They have the gall to drop the call as you speak. After being put on hold for an unreasonable time by argumentative Bongani from the technical team I am expecting a call from team leader Kwanele who I can only hope will be able to do what is right but highly doubt it if history is any indication. DISGUSTING SERVICE AND REVOLTING STAFF! I can't wait to cancel my useless contract!
