Disgusting Service!! Selfish!

I am absolutely disgusted at the bad service my mom received yesterday. She wants to cancel her contract and has spoken to 5 people - and they claim her details are not correct on their system...however when she went inside to the branch in George, the person she dealt with said all her details are correct, and he phoned the customer care and told them the details are correct - but they disagreed - now please explain that to me? Is it because you don't want to lose money? Are you that pathetic and selfish? Cancel the dam contract! Sort your **** out!
