Disgusting service ...... or should I say NO SERVICE at all!

Ok well its now almost going on 2 months still no call from a manager in the online sales dept. Shocking service to say the least. Messages backwards and forwards on Hello Peter ,yet still no manager dealing with the complaint. Last correspondence was on the 14th October where I was told they would come back to me.
