disgusting service on a serious ***** query

Id like to report the most unprofessional, uninformed and disgusting service I received(or lack of) from the Cell C Carlswald on Saturday the 16th. The guy who refused or rather claimed to be the store manager gave both me and my lil brother a rather undesirable service, let alone correct information in regards to the ***** query on my lil brothers name who is underage to have any contract with CellC. This guy called himself Pete, if I got it right. He shouted and refused to help us with relevant information to laying a charge and investigation on a ***** case. even his fellow stuff members were utterly shocked from the service he was giving us. To this point I doubt we will get any proper help from the investigators as we do not even know how it is done, we do not know the procedure, he kept making phone calls to another guy giving him my lil brothers personal information , to which let us feeling uneasy and not trust cell c as a whole. I asked for someone senior and he refused. he only gave me a rather stupid email address and say I must lay a complaint. Cell C is big brand, and should ensure we get the right service at all times, we shouldn't be made uncomfortable.
