Disgusting service of cell c

My cell phone has been in for repairs for almost 3 months. Everytime i contact there customer care line an repairs theres a long wait for almost an hour if it not more. Then you stil dont even get any feed back. Ive been a cell c customer for almost over 10 years. I just had enough of this poor service. The 14 Dec i was told the device is on its way back to cell c cleary park store but yet it never arrived a week later. Now they telling me the store was close for 2 months. Even though the store were close they had to make alternative plans for there customers, because they not the only cell c store in Port Elizabeth.
