Disgusting service is to mild a word for Cell C

I have grown tired of consistently having to follow up on matters with Cell C. They are so quick to tell you when you owe them for a missed payment but trying to get a response out or anyone that is at competent at that company is like drawing blood from a stone. We have asked for explanations regarding our account after a recon was done and charges added which we were not aware of and don't understand who authorised the implementation thereof and to date no reply from Cell C. I cannot understand a company that is supposedly based on service, doesn't know the meaning of the word or even how to spell it. I look at Hellopeter and see so many unhappy customers having the same issues and this is ongoing which means nothing is ever resolved at Cell C. They trap you with deals and once you are there, you can forget about any form of actual client service.

It actually shouldn't surprise me any longer as to how Cell C gets away with blindly robbing its customers and have no decency or sense of moral in responding or trying to find out what solution can be found, but it still does. Call centre agents calling to advise you the customer of R 700 arrears amount but when you tell them the same story every day in respect of disputes and queries that remain unresolved for an amount that Cell C owes me the customer of more than R 2000, they just slam the phone in your ear. Could be bothered attitude. I have no been left with no option but to report this disgraceful company to ICASA and i urge others to do the same.

Clearly that is where you guys have decided to leave everything. The latest was to connect me to Hyve which was your way of pushing your billing items onto someone else and after they investigated, it was clear that even though Cell C says content services fees that were deducted monthly was done by Hyve, they cannot find any record of subscription which means that the service was never activated and someone or Cell C the company has been pocketing R 170 a month for almost 2 years and would have stayed quiet and gotten away with if it i hadn't raised the issue. ICASA can take care of this matter now and i trust the cover up at Cell C will be exposed.
