Disgusting service from consultants and legal

<p>I am totally disappointed in Cell C as they have totally ruined my trust in them. First I had a contract with them for 24 months and I wasn't informed that I will need to call them to cancel. Fine. Then I find out they've taken legal action after I did a credit check on my self they didn't bother to call me or send a simple letter for the amount of the contract that was supposed to be long done. I then paid them sent the proof of payments then I asked for a letter to say that I've paid them. They said they'll request it for Me then send it within 48 hours. Then I speak to a lady called Nthabiseng that tells me no I won't get it cause I owe R120 for a line that's active (mind you I'm paying for this line) and I'll only get the letter as soon as they cancel the contract. I've been calling the legal department with no one answering the calls. For three weeks I've been trying to get hold of them with no luck and Im getting placed on hold every time with my airtime. CAN I PLEASE GET SOME HELP THIS IS URGENT. </p>
