Disgusting service from Cell C who take advantage of people

A disgusting company that is obviously only interested in taking your money and doesn't follow through with customer complaints. Cell C has been debiting money off my domestic worker's account for 2 years and she has repeatedly requested to cancel the contract. Even when it came up for renewal she instructed cancellation. I have emailed repeatedly and even spoken to the contact centre twice and have been assured that the contract is cancelled but money is STILL coming off her account!!! What do you have to do to get proper service nowadays???
