Disgusting service from Cell C since October 2015

I have had an open querie with Cell c since October 2015. I have complained on this platform several times and am promised i will received a call from Cell C everytime. I still haven't received my refund and getting really frustrated and impatient with cell c. Will someone please tell me when im going to get MY MONEY back from cell c????? nobody from the call centre wants to assist me...everybody claims they making notes which cannot be picked up buy the next consultant i speak to.<br> I t took you minutes to take all my money and now you have to refund me and 3-7 days has turned into 5 weeks, this is smelly bull ****.
