Disgusting service from Cell C and Lebohang Mpadani

I called in trying to do a sim swap however i received the ****piest service ever i being a customer service agent myself will never do this the agents name is Lebohang Mpadani who gave me the worst disgusting service ever and also cut the call on me whilst still talking Cell C please deal with your staff and tell them to put the clients first. I am really not happy with the level of service that i have received this morning.
