Disgusting Service from Cell C
Cell C call centre and collections departments are shocking to deal with. The person I had contact with this morning from collections told me that it was up to me to check my account and bank account. Than promptly put me through to a call centre agent who could NOT even repeat the cell number in question. Not sure if there is any training done at the call centre or collections department. Thanks to the brilliant service (sarcasm) have decided NOT to renew my contract at the end of year. After being a customer for +- 20 years.
SHOCKING SHOCKING - Business must be booming at Cell C.
