Disgusting service from cell c

In the past 4 months I have done 2 sim swaps each time assisted by a very rude operator who is both condescending and disrespectful! On both occasions I have reported the matter & after being promised feedback within a set time limit that has never been the case! Anyways, my SIM card which has been working perfectly fine has now lost signal & refuses to work on any device! I smell a possible sim swap which I truly am dreading as this would be the 3rd in 5 months! I am really irritated with cell c! You shoddy network, your extremely rude staff who are never reprimanded! The lies from your team leaders and empty promises once you report the matter & above all your cheaply made SIM cards which stop working for no reason! I can’t wait for this contract to end & I take great pleasure in saying I won’t renew it nor will I EVER recommend this establishment! I have had it! Absolutely disgusting & to top it off I will be without a working sim for the duration of the lockdown! Shame on you and you **** service!

Last month on the 8th I performed a sim swap when the card suddenly stopped working! This month just this morning I’ve performed another one because of the same problem. This has been an on going thing since last year November! I’ve complained, called sent emails, spoken to team leaders & no results! Now I am being charged R50 extra for the sim swap which is utter bull! You explain to the rude stuff why this is absurd and they couldn’t care less! I tried to cancel this ****** contract last month because of the same charge and was willing to pay the settlement but was told I’d be charged cancellation fees which is equally absurd as the only reason I want to cancel is the **** service! I am over cell c WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AND WILL PERSONALLY SEE TO IT THAT I LEAVE REVIEWS ON ALL PLATFORMS TO WARN PEOPLE! Extremely angry and annoyed! ????????????????
