DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM CELL C

We took out a WIFI contract with Cellc last year September, we always experienced problems with connectivity and were always told that it must be something on our side, after insisting that they test it at their shop they realised that the router was faulty and sent it to technical, we had abolute no responses from them for almost a month, i eventually phoned them to find out what was going on, after battling my ass of to get some assistance i was told that the router was faulty and had to be replaced, it is more than a week later, i phoned the store and still they haven't got stock on the router, promised to phone me back by Lunch and still not a call from them, so i have to pay monthly for something i can't use due to their incompetency and then still loose the data which i've paid for over the months.
