DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM A FLY BY NIGHT network

I have had a contract with Cell C for 8 years and have been paying via both debit order and EFT. Recently they did a **** up with my account and it fell into arrears. I was informed by their *********** agent to pay via EFT and supp**** their banking details. Now I'm doing that and being told I owe R42 for bank charges. I further more told them I AM UNEMPLOYED but will make it a point I pay via EFT each month, R600 I pay, 6 ****** rands.<br> <br> Now I am being told I am liable for bank charges because I need to go to the police for an affidavit, or certificate of service for them to remove the debit order. Logic says if the debit order returns I am no longer working, even worse I have been paying by EFT ever since!!!<br> <br> Customer agents are clueless of what they do. Candice Moodley only know she is a supervisor but from which department?<br> Candice Moodley does not know of Compliance Officers/Complaints Officers for Cell C, (I am talking Greek to her, my God)<br> <br> Cell C - I am not working<br> Cell C - I will pay your R600 each month<br> Cell C - Remove the debit order from this account<br> Cell C - Be professional<br> Cell C - Hire competent people<br> Cell C - PROVIDE SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS
