Disgusting service

Terrible service. My phone got ****** and I assumed having insurance from Cell C and having paid all my instalments on time for more than a year they would make the claiming process as efficient and fast as possible. Wrong. Their agents are so rude and unhelpful. On top of that they are requesting me to contact them everyday for a status update as they will not give me one if I don't request. And now they are telling me reviewing the case alone will take 7 - 21 business days. It has been 2 weeks since I sent in my claim and I have no update. I can't wait for my contract to end. I am never taking out anything with this company again!
