DISGUSTING SERVICE - CELL C

This review is on behalf of my mother Mrs C S Potgieter. We have struggling with unauthorised deductions on her account for months - an amount of R299 is being deducted off her account and another amount of R179 and some months R178.90 why no one knows - they did refunded an amount back but the deduction of R299 never stopped. We send emails upon email no joy we had a staff member of Cell C calling my mother a **** not even he had the decency to apologize or even answer back any emails - disgusting how bad the service became. Not even ICASA bother to answer emails!!!!!
