Disgusting service - CELL C
Shocking and disgusting service
I have a 200gig LTE wifi router with Cell C, throughout my 2 year contract i had network problems with them not sorting out the problem as a result i cancelled the contract but had to give 1 month notice
I moved 2km from my old house into a new house, within a central Durbanville area.
Since then my network has been more off than on - taking this up with there technical department they out of the blue informed me they discontinued the service in the area because it is not profitable - like what??
No they again expect me to pay for services i dont get (OVER R1200 a month )
I choose wifi in the first place to be able to move it around if i so which
I am tired of speaking to call center consultants who cannot make a decision and keep on telling me the same rehe****d story over and over
Why do i always have to go to these lengths to get results??

Phoned last Thursday to follow up on my refund, but nobody can tell me why i must wait 3 weeks for my refund to take place after the 7th of October when the termination took place the 3rd of September and you took entire value on the debit order. Again Cell C is happy to take the money but does not want to go through the trouble to fix their mistakes in time... usual old story again

25 Sept 2020, 09:01As per my 40min call with you on Thursday, i need to know why i must wait until then. you have taken my money on the 15th, you are benefiting why must i be kept waiting . its madness that in this day and age a client must wait 3 weeks for a refund. i demand an explanation, i will not go away
