DISGUSTING SERVICE

Absolutely DISGUSTING service. My father passed away in January! My mother is being overcharged monthly because they are still debiting my dad's account which is now a deceased account! Then debit my mother's account plus extra because the first debit bounced! My poor mother has been emailing them since January! She has to deal with the loss of her husband and this bull**** because they CLEARLY just ignore there clients emails. Absolutely pathetic service for such a big company. What do their employees do all day? Play around? I am so disgusted. I have been trying to help my mother with this issue and they really just don't get back. When you can they just put the phone down in your face if it's too difficult to sort out! I am seriously disgusted in this pathetic service. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND CELL C
