Disgusting service by Cell C

If I could give half a star or zero stars i would. After 3 whole years of being a cell c contract customer, they send me threatening sms's saying that my account if payment has not been received. After I gave their call center a call, they tell me that the same debit order that went off on my account, came back to them on the 27????? How is this possible if i can see that the debit order went off successfully on my account? Then i get given an email to send my proof of payment to (first of all what proof of payment cause its a flippen debit order for crying out loud) now they have the audacity to suspend my line and tell me there's no proof of payment attached?!! This is just *******. How do you even expect me to make a call to your customer care line if you HAVE SUSPENDED MY LINE? LIKE SERIOUSLY? ******* network. I'm done with Cell C
