Disgusting service by call centre agent Simphiwe Dube of Cell C

I am writing to complain about about disgusting service that I have just received from a rude Cell C "customer" agent Simphiwe Dube on 15 August 2018 when she could not answer my questions about why I need to call cell c to cancel my once off request which I just made that morning for once off data. She slammed the phone on my ear two times. Today, a month later, Cell has not come back to me to resolve this issue about their rude employee, On top of that I continue to have poor and most of the time no connectivity from the cell c wifi router that I pay for every month.

I have never in my life been treated with so much disrespect and rudeness by an employee of a company that claims to care about its customers.

Please deal with Simphiwe Dube as she cannot continue to treat people the way she treated me, South Africa doesn't now need customer serving employees like her.Or Is this how Cell C treats customers?

I am seriously offended and I do not even think she did what I was requesting her to do
