Disgusting service

On Monday, the 15th of June 2020, I purchased a P30 lite via your website. The money was deducted from my account however I did not receive any email confirmation nor could I view my order on your website. So I called the call centre and spoke to Thabo. Thabo said that if the money was debited, I will definitely receive the phone by Wednesday, latest Thursday.

By Wednesday, I was able to see an order number on my profile. On Thursday, I chatted to a consultant, Absolute Moyo via your online chat platform enquiring an update on my order. Absolute Moyo said that they are unable to view my order.

Please confirm what is happening with my order as no one can assist me and it is extremely frustrating not knowing what is going on regarding my order! Rather refund me my money!!!
