DISGUSTING SERVICE.

So cell c has cut of my number saying it's not Ricad ND now I'm in the middle of an emergency and this is a number I use for business aswel ND I cannot call or do anything and iv called the call center yet they refuse to help Me after calling about 7 different times i was cut of at mutiple occasions and i didnt even recieve a call back either, I have emailed them aswel now my business is standing still due to they lack of service. The closest cell c is around 200 kilos away ND I have to go all the way there just to resolve a fault they made this is totally unacceptable is there any higher authorities that can help me ?? I have been a cell c customer for the past 15 years and I have taken mutiple contracts and cellphones I do not appreciate this. AT ALL!
