Disgusting service at cell c

Terrible service at cellc. Upgraded 2 devices in January. Received phones but did not receive data and minutes on 1 phone. I have escalated this since February and no one can seem to resolve the issue. I have spoken to numerous consultants and team leaders but no one assists
