Cell C sent me my statement via email early in April 2018 - April 2018 Statement.

However, when I try to download the statement attached, I get the window from infoslips requesting a password.????????

I have sent them 3 emails since then requesting resolution to the problem.

All 3 emails were met with deaf ears!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Once again you have proved yourselves to be useless Cell C

Are you stupid or what. I know that this is the process. It doesn't even get to the screen where it asks for I.D as password.
