Disgusting service and pathetic product

Last month on the 8th I performed a sim swap when the card suddenly stopped working! This month just this morning I’ve performed another one because of the same problem. This has been an on going thing since last year November! I’ve complained, called sent emails, spoken to team leaders & no results! Now I am being charged R50 extra for the sim swap which is utter bull! You explain to the rude stuff why this is absurd and they couldn’t care less! I tried to cancel this ****** contract last month because of the same charge and was willing to pay the settlement but was told I’d be charged cancellation fees which is equally absurd as the only reason I want to cancel is the **** service! I am over cell c WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!
