DISGUSTING SERVICE AND LIES ALL OVER

<p>We went in to the Mall at reds branch on Sa****ay. We already have 2 contracts and wanted to add a data contract. We were told there are no routers but they will order one and we will have it by Monday. It is now Thursday and all we are getting is the run- around. As we explained, my husband is leaving for two months on Sunday. What really ****es me off and shows how pathetic you have become is that no one is willing to do anything to help. We have suggested that he sign the contract papers and once the router comes in it will be loaded and I will pick up the equipment. But NOTHING, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE IS BOTHERED TO HELP US IN ANY WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>Just to let you know, our phone contracts are over on the 20th of June and we will not only NOT be taking the DATA contract but because of your PATHETIC SERVICE- WE WILL BE CANCELLING THE OTHER TWO CONTRACTS WELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p><br />ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!
