Disgusting service and lies

I am fed up with Cell c service I want to terminate my relationship with cell c . Yr service is horrible and disgusting . Yr staff is full of lies especially your technical and back office . I have logged more then 5 cases with yr technical department and I haven't had any solution at all . I have lost alot of money due to netwrk and internet issues . I have been struggling for more then a week now and cell c keeps on lieing. *** is the latest case logged with yr technical department agent Senzo on last Friday who assured me that this matter would be resolved but still no solution to this. He also said his manager would call me on Saturday morning n tht never happened. I want my money equivalent to the data available I bought back refunded to me I am tired n done with cell c yr service is pathetic and appalling. I' dnt want an apology from u coz u keep messing up I jst want my money refunded n u can keep yr data I'm done with yr netwrk over 20k of my business profits gone al becoz of yr poor service
