Disgusting service again from Cell C

Hi. Once again Cell C service is very lacking....this is the 2nd time I have complained....they doubled debited my account & then charged additional fees on this month's statement....queried it & was told I would receive a call back in 2 days time...needless to say it's been a week. Tried canceling the get more service fir the last couple of years & yip still paying.....very, very, very poor service Cell C.??
