Disgusting service

I don't even think cell c deserves a rating. They are the worst of services. I've had a month to month contract with them. They just decided to extend it to 24 months without any communication even after clearly stating both my email and phone numbers for communication. Now I'm being told that I need to settle an exorbitant amount of money of which was never agreed upon. Took it up with ICASA but they couldn't help, sent multiple emails, cases just keeps on being closed. It's a financially straining situation as I currently do not have a stable income and I'm being sent from pillar to post. This is clearly an abuse of power over our credit status as consumers. 😡😡😡
