Disgusting Service

Extremely ****ed off. In January 2020 i went into Cell store In Parow Centre Cape Town and took out a new contract. Two weeks later the phone started giving problem (always process abort) I cannot make phone etc. I then took the phone back to the store where the booked the phone in. After calling them for the pass few weeks to ask if my phone is fixed- all they would say no( no explanation whatsoever). On the 5th of March 2020 i received a sms the phone is read to be collected. On the 6th of March I went into the store and collected the phone and first thing I notice my screen protector which i had paid for (remember I only had the phone 2weeks) if off. All they said was the must remove it in order to work on it. Now seriously? They did not even replaced it. They did not test the phone or put the phone on to show it's working. When I got home and put my simcard in there was no service only "emergency calls. On Sunday 8th March 2020 (yesterday) i took the phone back and asked to see the Manager. I was told the Manager is not and they refused to book the phone in again. Now I have paid 2 months for the phone which i only had use of for 2weeks. I am taking this further if I do not get any feedback.
