Disgusting Service

<p>I settled my 2 contracts with Cell C in Dec 2015..I called and spoke to an agent who gave me the amounts to pay which i did on the same day.I called back in January 2016 to confirm if they have received payments and if the contracts have been cancelled. The agent confirmed it. A few months down the line i get a call from cell c to advise i still owe a R600 on my contracts no one could explain where the amount is coming from.Queries have been logged but the matter has still not been resolved.It is almost a year and no one is competent enough to sort out my query. No one calls me back with feedback. At one stage they listened to the call and advised it was an error on their side but this morning i received another collections call.. i have been very patient with cell c but now they leave me no choice but to take this mattet further.. due to the incompetence of agents and team leaders. Clearly ownership is not one of cell c's values.. ********** 11 ********** 400178</p>
