DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!
<p>I app**** for a contract over the phone and I got through to this guy called Sipho Mhlali who is the sales agent @ Cell C. He requested my documents to finilise the contract which I sent today via email, see below how the email conversation went:</p> <p>Me: Good morning, Attached please find the documents as per your request.</p> <p>My apologies as I could not send the documents of Friday as promised.</p> <p>Sipho: Good Day, Please forward me clear documents, these are not clear and not making any sense at all. <br /> <br />Me: Okay, I understand when you say they are not clear as I had my reservations as well but then please elaborate on what sense they should make.</p> <p>Sipho: They should be the normal banking statements, please go apply via a cellc store.</p> <p> </p> <p>Its not what you say SIPHO!!! its how you say it and if I have to teach you that then clearly your not a professional. </p> <p> </p> <p>AND FOR THE FACT THAT I APP**** ON LINE MEANS THAT I CAN'T GO INTO A BRANCH!!!! </p>
