Disgusting service

To whom it may concern.

Times i have contacted Cell C Service Desk:

My Issue started with Cell debiting my account of R3067.97 instead of R1192.00 which is for the 2 contracts I have with CellC. I want the balance paid out to me.

each phone call I made your service desk agents advise me that they will escalate as I wanted my money back which Cell C wrongly deducted and absolutely no right do that.

not a single communication from Cell-c to apologize or even follow up with me on how far the process is of my refund.

Each phone call I made nothing was. Except the same thing said from each service desk agent. quotes ' have escalated it'

a.) who gives Cell c the right to deduct my money and do with it what they want to. b) your service desk agents including their managers make false promises. c) I had debit orders going off my account which I now have to pay penalties for d) I do not have money to pay for my kid's transport fees because of Cell C's *********** staff. and cannot help.
