Disgusting service

I cant believe that 2 WEEKS later I am still struggling to blacklist my phone. I logged a complaint and was given an ITC ref number. I went to claim at my insurance and was told that the phone was not blacklisted. I went to sandton cell c , was advised that they cannot assist AS MY NUMBER WAS NOT LINKED. I will not be in the country for the next month and definitely my insurance will not pay out. I am holding CELL C responsible because they have failed me numerous times. I want to be compensated for my time, petrol and emotional distress that they have caused me. CALL ME NOW ON ***. one more thing if I am given an ITC REF NUMER when my phone was not blocked was Nelly Sapo f***ng with me???? treatimg me like an idiot..
