Disgusting service!

I ordered a prepaid Huawei phone with dual sim for business from the Ballito Cell C branch. It was advertised on Cell C's website for R799 and after calling Cell C Call centre , was told it was available from it stores. A couple of days later my phone arrives and i get i call to come collect. I make the purchase with my credit card and see the amount of R1199 get deducted. I query why the amount it not R799 and get told that is the price on the computer and get asked to show them the advert i saw. I show the consultant the price on the website \R799"and she phones her manager who after a lot of chat says no they must take the phone back and first query with headoffice. Talk about inconveinence and frustration!!! They have no idea on keeping a customer happy nor do they have any clue on the products they sell. """
