Disgusting service

At this point even my frustration is tired of CellC. The level of service received is putrid to say the least. This is my 2nd time writing on this platform about the same company. My credit file has now been defaulted after numerous calls made before to have the account closed due to the phone itself being ******, I explained that I am aware of the balance however I would like to have the contract closed and receive the final balance so I may have set a payment plan. When having this exact conversation is done the call is either disconnected or transferred in which it's gets disconnected again. I have not received the needed assistance instead the company see it fit to add charges to this account monthly and still expects whatever balance to be paid for a item that is long gone. All calls are recorded yet you need to repeat yourself over and over again. I would prefer to be contacted via email at ***.
