Disgusting Service

<p>I received the worst service at Cell C in East Rand Mall.</p> <p> </p> <p>People responsible:</p> <p> </p> <p>Kenwyn</p> <p>Rolien</p> <p>Portia</p> <p> </p> <p>As I walked into the store, the above mentioned people were all standing at the entrance of the shop. All 3 made eye contract with me, but decided to carry on with their conversation. Eventually Portia "assisted" me. I told her that I am intressted in the Contract Buy Out. She said with a very smug attitude "Cell C doesn't do that since 01/05/2016", which is funny as I was told by 3 different Cell C consultants that you do. And was even told to go into a branch to make the process a bit easier. Portia was so relieved not to assist, and to get back to her really important personal conversation with the other two.</p> <p> </p> <p>i suggest that you investigate these 3 people, as they are costing you potential clients, and damaging your brand.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will rather remain with my current network that Dealing with Cell C.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
