DISGUSTING SERVICE

I had daily calls from Cell C offering me upgrades from several sales agents. I was promised a package that included data and a cellphone cover. The phone was delivered without a cover. I called and emailed within the 5 day cooling off period but no one returned my various calls. I spoke to managers as well who was to retrieve the phone calls but 3 months later I am still waiting for managers to call!!! Disgusting service. I signed up for a contract with 500 mb of data and to my surprise I am only afforded 200mb of data, I toyed with the idea of changing networks before signing up, and I honestly wish I did. I have all the paperwork to prove that within the 5 days I made contact with them and asked them to pick up the cell phone. So yet again I find myself chasing after them. Not surprising that they called me daily sometimes 3 times a day to ask me to upgrade and now I cant get them to even answer the call, when I am sitting waiting for 30 minutes for someone to answer.
