DISGUSTING SERVICE

I have been a client of Cell C for 20+ years, however the last 3 months they have decided to change something and all of a sudden my debit order goes of anytime they want. They increase the amount as they please. When you phone they admit that it is a problem on their side, but still they take off the increased amount. I have tried for several months to get it sorted to no avail. This month again they decided to take off 3 months in one go! When phoning the call centre they admit they changed their bank and have been experiencing problems and "aplogise for the inconvenience". Bottomline, that does not help me apologising. When I have budgeted for R399 and you take of R1197 your apologies mean nothing. If I had the money to end my contracts and walk away i would. I dont know what is happening at Cell C, but their service the last 4 months have been pathetic. I have been a loyal customer, but now i have reached my limit and will surely discourage anyone from using Cell C. Disgraceful!
