YOU ARE PLAYING GAMES WITH MONEY THAT WE ****ING WORK HARD FOR AND YOU CANT EVEN MAKE A SIMPLE CALL TO EVEN SHOW THAT YOU ARE TRYING TO ASSIST

THERE IS NOTHING TO INVESTIGATE WHEN YOU HAVE ALL THE PROOF AND ALL THE CALL RECORDINGS IT DOES NOT TAKE 3 MONTHS TO RESOLVE A SIMPLE QUERY BUT YOU ARE VERY FAST TO TAKE OUR MONEY
