Disgusting service
With all my complaints with regards to cell c I was advised that my contact ends end of July 2020 however I must email them requesting to cancel my account, I emailed them on the 1st July requesting them to terminate my account as per their request. I am told that my account will only be canceled end August 2020 cause they didn't process my cancelation and I am now liable to pay for another month cause of their mistake. How can I be liable for their mistakes, cell c is only out to ***** money from their customers totally disgusting with cell c
