Disgusting Service

Cell C has the must disgusting service. They have no sense of urgency &!no care. They don’t train their customers service team at all to handle queries with efficiency. I called in about a debit that I don’t understand and give consent to. They’re representative has yet to send me a copy of the agreement for data I getting on a Monthly basis. It’s so sickening that she **** to me as a customer over phone, gave me to what sounded like a **** name of her Team leader and this call was made on Thursday. I’m still yet to get feedback and correspondence. There hasn’t be a call back nor the email I’m actually awaiting. This is by far the most *********** and sickening service provider. I want no connection to it whatsoever anymore! Such garbage 🚮
