Disgusting service

I purchased my cellphone from N1 City,I requested to set up insurance.I went through the process of the telephonic contract they informed me that it will only be R100.I then double checked with him and told him that I was quoted R150, by Cell-C, he then assured me that it was only R100, .I agreed to all the terms and conditions and he informed me that I was now covered.Months go by with me paying my insurance,I was attacked and ****** at the end of December.I blocked my phone requested my ITC number and got a case number.I called C-Surance and spoke to William,he informed me that he had no record of me on the system.I then insisted that they find the voice recording of our verbal contract.He informed me that they do have the voice recording but it was not loaded on the system due to the fact that the premium should have been R150.I have now been fighting them for 2months calling basically everyday and them promising to call me back but never do.The service that I have received from William has been disgusting and he wont put me through to higher management but instead cuts me off. I feel that I have been robed and I am now taking legal action unless this is resolved immediately.
