Disgusting service

Called in 3 times to cancel my contract and all three times I was told that I failed validation only to find out that cause it was 6 o clock and time for them to close therefore I was given a run around when I requested to speak to a manager I was told that manager can't take the calls they would have to call back .I spoke to the lady Akani Maimela who promised me that her manager Jabu Giwu who will call me back immediately but never did.This has been the worst experience I have had with Cell C and their *********** ,lying management and staff.
