DISGUSTING SERVICE
Cell C is the worst cell provider. A customer's debit order is on the 1st of every month. What a JOKE. Debit order went off on the 15th & 25th of march. Have written a poor review and all a person gets is an standard email saying they apologise & no action. That's what you call REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. If any new or potential customers don't even think about CELL C. Choose another cell provider.

26 Mar 2023, 18:43Won't hold my breath trying to sort this out. Will be deducting R210 off bill account, for debit orders where put through twice & R105 x 2 banking charges cause debit orders didn't go through.
