DISGUSTING SERVICE
The service that one gets from cell c when you want a paid up letter is disgusting to say the least .
I paid my outstanding amount on 2 March 2021 and have been following up with Cell C regarding a paid up letter because I know they will not update records on Transunion . Every time I keep calling to follow up on the paid up letter a lousy consultant will just say that Cell c have tried calling and when you tell them that I have not received a single call from Cell C they act so shocked and surprised, I am getting tired of chasing after Cell C .
ALL I WANT FROM CELL C IS A PAID UP LETTER AND WE WILL PART WAYS!!!!

I have been promised that someone will be in contact with me and to date I still have not heard anything from Cell C . It is services as such that cripples an organization . I am highly disappointed and will never refer anyone to Cell C in my life even if they were the last service provider on earth .
